The Panamera Turbo S uses updated turbos with larger compressors and higher injection pressure. More power means higher stress, so the engine also got new aluminum alloy pistons and specially coated piston rings. Marilyn Tavenner, administrator of the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), said the website faces « complex technical issues » four weeks after it opened for enrollment.
